Julo is a personal training studio where tailored coaching is at the heart of everything we do. You train in a calm, natural and discrete environment, close to the Tervuren Park.
Whether your goal is to feel fitter in everyday life or to work towards a specific athletic objective, Julo offers a personalised programme with clear structure and engaged, supportive guidance.
The training approach is rooted in the evidence-based Optimum Performance Training (OPT) model. Each session combines core, balance and strength exercises, carefully adapted to your body, pace and goals.
