Small Group Training
Training in a small, motivating group, where fun and focused coaching come together to drive progress. We offer four types of group classes:
Full Body Circuit
Challenging and varied group class with a mix of strength and cardio exercises for a full-body workout.
Wednesdays at 6 pm
Fridays at 12:30 pm
Core & Balance
Low-impact group class focused on strengthening the core. Through controlled exercises, you build greater strength and stability.
Mondays at 9 am
Wednesdays at 7:30 pm
Runners' Strength
Group class focused on strength, stability, and injury prevention for (trail) runners.
Thursday at 6:30 pm
Vitality +
Group class focused on balance, mobility, and functional strength to support daily movement and independence (60+).
Fridays at 9 am
