Julia is a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and pre- and postnatal trainer. With her enthusiasm, expertise, and passion for movement, Julia will be teaching the Full Body Circuit and Core & Balance on Saturday morning, as of September! 🤍

🌱 Op latere leeftijd draagt kracht -en balanstraining bij tot het behoud van spiermassa, stabiliteit en botdichtheid, wat essentieel is om zelfstandig en actief te blijven.

🌱 À un age plus avancé, le renforcement musculaire et l’entraînement à l’équilibre contribuent au maintien de la masse musculaire, de la stabilité et la densité osseuse, ce qui est essentiel pour rester autonome et actif.

🌱 as we get older, strength and balance training help maintain muscle mass, stability and bone density, wich are essential for staying independent and active.
